Work with Us

STEP Into a Job! builds pathways that create opportunities for workers to step into jobs that offer family-sustaining wages and strong growth opportunities.

We invite you to get involved and help us make a difference in the lives of our students.

Employer Partnerships

STEP partners with top Bay Area medical employers to match skilled workers with your employment opportunities. Through externships (residencies), employer campus visits, and hiring events, we help local employers fill jobs and build a skilled workforce. Let us show you why we are a trusted partner and how we can help develop a pipeline of talent for your institution.

Support Our Work

STEP is unique because we understand and address the financial and other obstacles our students face on their path to a healthcare career. . We invite you to join us in making a difference in a student’s life by helping eliminate the barriers that hold her back, helping her to achieve her dreams and enjoy a family-sustaining career.

With your support, our goal is to remove obstacles that stand in the way of our students’ success – from fees, to childcare, to transportation, and more. By helping us provide access to critical supports such as child care, transportation, career services and counseling, your contribution supports the vital wraparound services that enable our students to complete their training and launch their new careers.
